Adam Bania and Adam Satkowski, the owners of A Squared Management LLC, started out with one pool in Franklin Lakes, NJ in the summer of 2014. Over the years, they have built and refined their business model to be one that allows them to manage many more pools while still maintaining a personal relationship with each facility. They are the only pool management company where an owner, manager or CPO visits your facility everyday in addition to our hired lifeguards or pool attendants. This increases accountability across all levels and ensures the highest quality of customer service
