In 2014, after being best friends for over 34 years, Adam Bania and Adam Satkowski, the owners of A Squared, decided to start a business together.  Both have been around water their entire lives; Adam Bania working at The Forest Hill Country Club and the manager of the Seaside Park Beach Patrol while Adam Satkowski worked as the Head lifeguard at the Montclair Beach during his high school years.  Now, both high school educators and business owners, they have also have years of experience in all of the things that help a good business run- consistency, organization, time management, ability to maintain good relationships with others, knowledge, etc.
